Central Pattaya Apartments

The air-conditioned studio was fantastic! The flat-screen TV with streaming services was a great touch, allowing us to enjoy our favorite shows after a long day of exploring. The en suite bathroom, with its bathtub or shower, was clean and spacious, making it easy for our family to get ready in the morning. Plus, having a private bathroom was a bonus for added convenience. We also loved the balcony, which offered a lovely view and a perfect spot to relax. The tile/marble floor and air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. the room had a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

The only thing we found less enjoyable about the studio was the lack of a bathtub, which would have been nice for our little ones. However, this is just our personal preference, and others may still find the shower to be perfectly sufficient.

The apartment was good home base for sightseeing in Pattaya, liked it. The host was always available. A hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets were provided. Pool area looked clean. It had the best possible and unbeatable setting close enough to convenient shops, Pattaya and center. And I was located in a good area...

The host was incredibly polite and provided excellent guidance throughout our stay. The swimming pool on the ground level was amazing, with a pool jacuzzi and fun water slides. The location, just 300 meters from the beach, was a huge advantage. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making for a smooth experience. The apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, balcony, and WiFi. The apartment was clean and new, providing a comfortable stay for families. The residence also had another swimming pool on the roof and a gym fitness facility. Renata, the owner, was extremely attentive and always available to help with any needs. Plenty of towels were provided, adding to the convenience of the stay. Having Netflix available on the TV was a great touch for relaxation after a day of exploring. Personally, I wasn't a fan of having a bathtub or shower in the en suite bathroom. But hey, everyone has their own preferences!

Great amenities, convenient location, and excellent service. The apartment had everything I needed, including a kitchen and a comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the central location, which made it easy to explore the city and find nearby restaurants and bars. Additionally, the owner was very accommodating and helpful, always available through messaging. The opportunity to have a late checkout was a bonus that added flexibility to my stay.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks to note. The bathroom could have been cleaner, considering the cleaning fee charged.
